An accomplished professional with over 15yrs experience in Construction Sector Project & Operations Management. Specialising in the correction / salvage of distressed construction projects, Paul is a dynamic problem solver, driven by desire to improve AA's service offering and in turn AA's client experience.

Adam Makki (National account manager)

A real estate professional with over eight years of experience, Adam has spent five years at Aster Alliance as National Account Manager, excelling in account management, client relations, and business growth. His strategic approach and industry expertise have helped drive long-term partnerships and successful outcomes.

Tahnee Anderson (National account manager)

A dedicated National Account Manager with 8 years of real estate experience, bringing a deep understanding of the industry to every client relationship. Luke Egan

Founder, Managing Director

Luke has successfully founded three companies, including Aster Alliance, which was founded to address a gap in servicing the non-bank market. He has developed a deep expertise in the mortgagee in possession industry and the related property sector, including construction.

As Managing Director, he is responsible for leading and overseeing the operations and business strategy of Aster Alliance. Luke has emerged as a leader in the industry, known for delivering high quality services and commercial solutions for Aster Alliance’s client base. He is a dedicated hands on leader, communicating effectively across all levels and always putting our clients first.

Luke has extensive experience managing the end to process of property recovery and project completion, having successful managed complex property work- outs and debt recovery. His deep industry connections cover lenders, developers, builders, consultants, lawyers, insolvency practitioners, real estate agents and contractors.

Paul Thompson

Head of Project Advisory & Delivery

Paul is an accomplished professional with over 15years experience in property and construction. He is responsible for leading the Projects business at Aster Alliance, providing advisory and delivery services for complex development projects and distressed transactions.

Paul is a strong project and team leader, delivering new build, fit out and asset refurbishment projects across Australia.

As General Manager Capital Works (VIC) at Gallagher Jeff, Paul managed a team of Project Managers engaged for the delivery of Program and Project Management services (ranging from consultant team engagement for preliminary concept design, through to delivery phase Superintendent and PM duties), for a variety of Government, Private and Institutional clients operating within the Housing, Commercial, Residential & Education sectors.

Paul is trained in the management of EHS initiatives inc. contractor engagement, risk mitigation, project review and management.

As a national account managers, Tahnee and Adam lead a team managing a portfolio of mortgagee in possession properties, developing and implementing strategies to minimise risk and maximise returns.

Tahnee and Adam are a trusted partners to our clients, working collaboratively to quickly recover property assets through our national network of real estate agents and facilities contractors, with a focus on delivering the best service and price.

Extensive experience working with lenders, solicitors and insolvency practitioners in applying duty of care recovery laws and regulations.
